I told her what I liked about my old Kia and she found a suitable car that provided all the benefits I enjoyed with my previous car. I provided her with information such as my price range and what I would be doing with the car and she gave me several good options, including the one that I bought. I did not intend to take the scratch protection package but her pitch was professional and very relevant to me and so I ended up taking that as well. My Experience at Drayton Motors Kia Grantham was cracking because a sales person (Luke) approached me while I was looking at some models on the forecourt and wasn’t pushy but helpful. We discussed my requirements. The next day I revisited but the Luke was absent due to illness and I was introduced to Wayne who was excellent with my visit and I test drove the chosen car From then everything was done for me and all the paperwork and financial details were worked through with explanation and assurance to completion.The following week I collected the car I received a courtesy call from Wayne the next day The whole process was professional, informative and pleasant

The experience at Drayton Motors Kia Grantham was good because we were so welcomed into the showroom, no pressure to purchase, provided an excellent and detailed analysis of the vehicle we were interested in. We were offered a test drive, again with no pressure and provided a brief on the EV range of vehicle.
