Everything was explained throughly and without needless jargon throughout the process, and the car itself was delivered (I live 200+ miles away from Boston) in absolutely immaculate condition by their lovely contractor Graham who took the time to show me around the vehicle and answer my questions I had. My experience at Drayton Motors Kia Boston was excellent. Jamie and Callum were fantastic and helped us immensely with the part exchange, paperwork etc. Even though the car we bought was probably the cheapest on site the service we got was the same as if we had bought the most expensive car on site.
