A special shout out to Tracy, she was absolutely amazing throughout the whole process.

Drayton Motors Grimsby staff were superb from start to finish. The main reason I completed the deal was after finding the car and wanting it, after a bit of negotiation. Tracy remained a true professional and with no hard sell on extras. I didn't need extra services etc as it still held it's kia warranty so had to be done at a main dealers. Which was a concern of mine before I even test drove. I knew what I wanted and don't like coming across as argumentative. I felt relaxed and always felt that while Tracy worked for the dealer. She was also doing her best to get a deal together that would appeal to me even if it put her sales manager on the spot. I hope to keep this car a good number of years. But be rest assured I will be straight back to see what is available here before anywhere else. I've bought many cars from other dealers and have had a some very disappointing experiences. Tracy and her team have fully restored my belief that there are decent, honest car sales to be had and I sincerely hope all your targets are easily met which with sales like mine will be a walk in the park. Well done to the whole team especially the ones behind the scene that I probably didn't even see. Their efforts have made this customer beam from ear to ear each time I get in the car.

The experience at Drayton Motors Grimsby was great because I contacted Josh about the car I wanted, he found me one very fast, colour I wanted great mileage, he then arranged for me to test drive one on his pitch before bringing the one we chose from another branch, very helpful, only concern I had was the charging side but was shown by Josh all in all can’t fault the service I received from him.

We have always received good service on purchase which has varied from new and second hand. On this occasion we was given great personal care from Joshua and then Stacey who finalized our deal. A fantastic experience buying our new car , a 2022 Mokka Ultimate Auto We were left to browse the forecourt without any pressure , and were only approached when we had walked around the cars several times , that put us at ease. Once we had been shown a demonstrator and given a test drive , we sat down with Stacey to sort the deal out , and everything was dealt with very professionally , no pressure , a really pleasant experience.
